Basic training is always included when you buy a Komatsu forest machine. This gives you a solid footing for your future use of the machine. You gain an understanding of the machine’s design and functions, the control system, daily maintenance and more.

We also offer further training tailored to your needs. This can cover electrical and hydraulic systems, Control- and information systems, marking for cross-cutting, methodology, troubleshooting, etc. Through our extensive experience from training around the world, we can tailor your training precisely to your specific work situation and needs.

With the Komatsu simulators we offer a perfect shortcut to new knowledge and improved skills. The simulators have a built-in forest editor, which means that you can create a realistic work situation for your training.

It also has a multiplayer feature that enables several simulators to run in the same view, and for forwarders and harvesters to collaborate. The multiplayer mode includes statistics that show team results, which is a good inspiration tool to improve performance. There is even an optional teacher module available, this makes it possible for a trainer or an experienced simulator driver to get a better, dynamic view and interaction with the other drivers.
